Cant charge mana

Hi I tried ASBoF v0.5. It was awesome but some characters cant load thier mana.

Is it possible to fix it?

Some characters just don't have that ability.

Yes some characters are not able to charge because they are not supposed to charge.
Have you ever seen Luffy or any One Piece character charge in series? :p

No its not a bug. Those characters simply have less MP usage for their attacks so they don't become underpowered.

And what about tsuna?
He have the ability to charge by Zero Point Breakthrough
